Mexican Cuisine with a Plant-based Twist

Executive Chef Diana Brisco, a native Columbian, and an accomplished vegan chef leading the charge at Gracias Madre's West Hollywood location is teamed with Ricardo Capra to run the kitchen in Newport Beach. They love sharing their recipes with the world because they both know how hard it can be to find delicious and healthy food options when you're vegan. The Mexican-inspired vegan meals they create are full of flavor and have been tested by thousands of happy customers over the years.

BENEFITS OF CALIFORNIA-INSPIRED PLANT-BASED MEXICAN CUISINE

Mexican food in America is traditionally loved for its meat and cheese, but a lot of Mexican-food lovers enjoy the freshness of vegetables and herbs included in a traditional Mexican meal. Plant-based Mexican food has exploded across the board which brings Mexican cuisine into its traditional roots with many added health benefits. These include lower cholesterol levels, weight loss, a reduced risk of heart disease, and a lower risk of diabetes.

Low-sodium, plant-based diets may be helpful for people with high blood pressure or a family history of coronary artery disease or stroke. Someone with obesity or diabetes will benefit from a plant-based diet that includes a moderate number of fruits and vegetables and minimal low-fat animal products. Gracias Madre makes it easy to live a healthy lifestyle with fresh vegan and plant-based ingredients.
